All services are priced according to our current rate schedule, which may change periodically. Payments for services are due at the time of service, and we accept payment via credit/debit cards, cash, or gift certificates.
Joie Day Spa reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to clients prior to their appointment.
- Consent and Release
By receiving services at Joie Day Spa, you consent to the treatments provided by our medical professionals and estheticians. You understand that results may vary, and that no guarantees or warranties regarding results are made. You release Joie Day Spa, its employees, and contractors from any liability or claims arising from your treatment, including but not limited to adverse reactions, side effects, or dissatisfaction with results.

- Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. If you are feeling unwell or have been diagnosed with any contagious conditions, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Your health is our top priority, and we reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who present a risk to the health of our staff or other clients.
- Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for treatments rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your treatment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include offering a follow-up treatment at no additional charge, depending on the situation.
- Disclaimer
Joie Day Spa is not responsible for any damage to personal property or personal injury that occurs during or after the receipt of treatments. Clients are responsible for following all post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff to achieve the best results and avoid complications.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, and within our spa is owned by Joie Day Spa. This includes but is not limited to logos, designs, text, and images. You may not use any of our intellectual property without written consent.
- Termination of Services
Joie Day Spa reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to follow spa policies, or any actions that may jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of other clients and staff.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
